Wow! It's Wednesday!

Watch for:

Student-led conference schedule times. Please note that the times are flexible. They don't need to end after fifteen minutes. Stay as long as you have something to talk about. Also, if the time isn't convenient for you, please write an alternate.

Growing Up series - A letter was sent home today informing parents of the presentation on maturation which will be presented to my class on the morning of Monday, May 3. Boys and girls will attend in separate groups.

Homework:

Home Reading - Courage and Conquest lesson 11. Students did fairly well, overall, on their first review/test.

Coming up next week:

Math: We have done well with decimal multiplication. Next week, we will review division and apply decimal numbers.

Phrase that pays (in your planner on today's space): Our scarlet runner beans are spiralling out of control. In which direction?

See you tomorrow!

Sunny Tuesday morning!

PLEASE NOTE: BAND PREFERENCE SHEETS NEED TO BE RETURNED TOMORROW, APRIL 21. NON-RETURN WILL INDICATE NON-PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM. ONLY A FEW ARE STILL OUT.

Student-led conferences are coming up next week, April 28 and 29. Watch for your time and please return quickly. Homework:

Home Reading: three Canadian vignettes each week. Test results for the first set are alright, but some indicate lack of attention to details!

Math: Decimals continue until the end of the month. This week, we are multiplying decimals; next week dividing!

Phrase that pays (in your planner on today's space): There are only a few gumballs in the machine!

See you later!
